Questions about plans
What counts as an answer?
Anything the engine does for you that costs something to run, mostly answering a question in Ask. A long question with a lot of context uses more than a short follow-up. There is no cap on how many questions you ask, only on what they add up to. Your AI tools reading and saving memories does not use answers.
What happens at the limit?
At 80% you are told on Home, by email and in one line of your AI tools’ brief. At 100% of answers, Ask pauses until the month resets, unless usage credits are on; your AI tools keep reading and saving. At 100% of storage, a new memory is refused with the reason. Nothing stored is ever deleted.
Who pays when I share an engine?
The plan belongs to the account that owns the engine. Everyone invited to it works on the owner’s plan, and engines you were invited to do not count against yours.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
By card. Prices are in US dollars before VAT or sales tax, which checkout adds for where you are. Going up takes effect at once; going down or cancelling takes effect when the current month ends. Nothing you stored is deleted when you cancel.
Is there a free trial?
There is a free plan instead. It connects the same AI tools and keeps the same memory as the paid plans, with smaller limits, so you can set up an engine and connect your tools before you pay anything.
